Yo kai Watch Busters 2: Sword for Nintendo 3DS

About Yo kai Watch Busters 2: Sword for Nintendo 3DS

Yo kai Watch Busters 2: Sword is the other half of the Japanese Busters sequel pair for Nintendo 3DS. The adventure sends your team across the sea to a strange island said to hide a legendary treasure. The Sword version features exclusive Yo kai and version specific rewards, giving fans a good reason to pick a side or collect both. The writing keeps the series charm, mixing brave rescues with goofy jokes and warm friendships.

Combat is fast and direct, with your chosen leader fighting in real time while teammates support with their own skills. Attackers, tanks, healers and rangers each change how a mission plays, so squad building is half the fun. The island holds ruins to explore, traps to avoid and giant bosses guarding the best loot. Local wireless play lets friends join missions, and connecting with the Magnum version unlocks friendly trading.

Because this title stayed in Japan, most buyers today will look to import shops. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, and new digital purchases are no longer possible there. A physical cartridge from a retailer that sells Japanese releases is the honest way to play now. If you bought the game digitally before the closure, you can still access your purchased games, so your earlier copy remains available to you.

Sword delivers a bright island quest full of team spirit and treasure.
