Tank Tank Tank began in arcades and rolled onto Wii U with one clear mission, blow up enormous monsters with your friends. Giant spiders, mechanical dragons and a huge ape threaten the city, and only cheerful tanks stand in the way. The story is pure nonsense in the best way, told with a grin and plenty of explosions. Players can even put their own faces on their drivers using the GamePad camera, which turns every mission briefing into a comedy moment before the shooting starts.

Missions are short and built for teamwork. You drive, aim and fire while grabbing stronger weapons that drop around the battlefield. Some modes let one player control the monster while everyone else hunts it, which creates brilliant party drama. Solo play works, but the game truly comes alive with a full couch of players shouting warnings and celebrating lucky shots. The controls take seconds to learn, leaving all the challenge in smart positioning and fast teamwork against monsters that grow bigger and meaner.
