Super Robot Taisen BX for Nintendo 3DS

About Super Robot Taisen BX for Nintendo 3DS

Super Robot Taisen BX is a Japanese strategy role playing game where robots from many famous anime series fight side by side. Gundam, Mazinger and many other heroic machines answer a call to defend the world from invading forces, and the story weaves their pilots into one giant crossover campaign. BX was the second entry for the Nintendo 3DS, bringing new series into the fold alongside returning favourites. Cut in scenes mix the casts in fun ways, letting pilots who never met in their own shows argue, joke and form friendships across the long war.

Battles unfold on grid maps where every unit counts. You position your robots, choose weapons with different ranges and effects, and spend spirit commands on timely boosts like guaranteed hits or repairs. Between stages you upgrade machines and train pilots with the funds your victories earn. Attack animations are the reward, with each robot performing dramatic signature moves in detailed sprite action. The difficulty welcomes genre fans while offering real depth in team building, because a balanced squad of snipers, brawlers and support units will always beat a pile of favourites thrown together without a plan.

This one stayed in Japan, so plan accordingly. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, ending new digital purchases. A physical cartridge from an import game retailer is the practical way to buy it, and region checks are essential before ordering. Players who bought the game digitally in Japan can still access their purchased games on their own system.

It is a grand crossover war for robot anime devotees.
