Mystery Case Files Ravenhearst begins with a diary and a heartbreak. In the late 1800s, Emma Ravenhearst fell in love with a man named Charles Dalimar, who built her a grand manor on the cliffs of England. Then Emma vanished from the story, and no one truly learned why. As a detective, you explore the ruined manor room by room, finding diary pages that tell Emma's story in her own words while the house around you suggests that Charles never really let her memory, or anything else, go quietly.

The manor is a giant lock, and every door is a puzzle. Instead of simple keys, elaborate mechanical locks built from tiles, gears and pictures guard each new room, and solving them is a signature pleasure of the series. Hidden object scenes fill the rooms between locks, rewarding sharp eyes with the pieces the next mechanism needs. The story grows darker with every diary entry, turning a romance into a gothic mystery about obsession.
