Inazuma Eleven 3 Lightning Bolt for Nintendo 3DS

About Inazuma Eleven 3 Lightning Bolt for Nintendo 3DS

Inazuma Eleven 3 Lightning Bolt is the partner European edition to Bomb Blast, telling the same grand story of Inazuma Japan at the Football Frontier International. Coach Hibiki gathers the best young players in the country and takes them to Liocott Island, where the strongest youth teams on the planet compete for the world title. Lightning Bolt features its own exclusive recruits, moves and small differences that reward fans who compare the two editions closely.

On the pitch, this third entry refines the series systems. Stylus control directs passes, dribbles and shots, while chain shooting and team tactics add new layers to big matches. Off the pitch, recruiting and training a huge pool of players remains the long term joy, as hidden stars wait in schools and streets across Japan. The tournament story builds to dramatic finals, and the sense of carrying a nation hopes makes every late goal feel enormous. Late goals in this edition carry the roar of a whole country behind them.

Finding this game now works differently than it once did. With the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed since March 2023, digital buying is a thing of the past. Try a retailer or a respected used games shop for a physical cartridge in good condition. Anyone who bought it digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games whenever they like. Ask for clear photos of the cartridge before paying any seller.

It still earns its place in any Nintendo 3DS collection.
