Lego Friends for Nintendo 3DS

About Lego Friends for Nintendo 3DS

Lego Friends welcomes you to Heartlake City, home of Olivia, Stephanie, Emma, Mia and Andrea. You play as a new girl visiting her cousin Olivia for the summer, and the five friends quickly welcome you into their world. Each friend has a passion, from music and performing to animals and inventing, and the summer fills with activities around the city. The game mirrors the toy line and cartoon, focusing on friendship, creativity and small dreams rather than villains or danger of any kind.

You explore Heartlake City, take part in activities like horse riding, dancing and baking, and complete tasks that build your friendships. A pet joins your adventure, and you can care for it, train it and enter it into shows. Collecting friendship points and completing goals opens new areas and activities as the summer goes on. The controls and tasks are simple and welcoming, made for the young audience of the toy line. Bright colors and upbeat music keep the whole experience cheerful and relaxed.

Collectors should keep one fact in mind. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible at all. The sensible path is a physical cartridge bought from a retailer, a game shop or a seller with a clear returns policy. Longtime owners are fine too, because people who bought it digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games.

Plenty of players still speak warmly about it today.
