Osomatsu san Matsumatsuri for Nintendo 3DS
About Osomatsu san Matsumatsuri for Nintendo 3DS
Osomatsu san Matsumatsuri is a fan game built around the six Matsuno brothers from the comedy anime Osomatsu san. The brothers are grown men with no jobs, no shame and endless energy for nonsense, and the game packs their world into stories and mini games. Fans will meet the whole neighborhood cast, from Iyami to Chibita, in scenes written to match the show rude and silly humor. It is a festival of jokes first, and a game collection second.
Play moves between adventure scenes with the brothers and a spread of light mini games based on their lazy daily life, like work attempts, races and battles of pride. Clearing games and scenes earns rewards and opens more content for fans to collect. The art follows the anime closely, and the voices and timing carry the comedy. Newcomers may miss some references, but the brothers energy is easy to enjoy. It is best treated as an interactive extra season for people who already love this strange family.

New players should know the shop situation before hunting for a copy. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible. Look instead for a physical cartridge from a retailer you trust, since that is the honest way to own it now. Players who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games today.
Give it a cartridge slot and it will reward you.
