Chibi Robo! Let’s Go, Photo! for Nintendo 3DS

About Chibi Robo! Let’s Go, Photo! for Nintendo 3DS

Chibi Robo! Let’s Go, Photo! puts the tiny robot to work in a very unusual job. A museum curator needs exhibits, and the best way to fill the empty halls is to photograph real objects around you and bring them into the game as nostalgic treasures. Chibi Robo explores a small town, helps its residents and takes on photo requests that send you looking at your own home in a whole new way. It is a gentle and curious little adventure built around the camera of the Nintendo 3DS, mixing the real world with the robot and his friends.

The main activity is photography with a twist. The game shows you a shape or a theme, and you line up a matching object in the real world so it fits the outline on screen. A good match becomes an exhibit that museum visitors come to admire, and the halls slowly fill with your personal collection. Between shoots you explore, chat with townsfolk and complete small favors that unlock new requests and areas.

This one needs a cartridge hunt if you want to play it now. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, which means new digital purchases are no longer possible for this title. A physical copy from a retailer is the honest way to add it to your collection today. Players who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games on their system, so earlier owners lose nothing.

A sweet little experiment that turns your own home into part of the game.
