Ninja Smasher for Nintendo 3DS

About Ninja Smasher for Nintendo 3DS

Ninja Smasher is a compact action platformer that puts you in the sandals of a young ninja storming a castle packed with enemy fighters. Rooms link together into one winding stronghold, and every new passage asks for sharper jumps and faster reactions. The pixel art is bold and clear, the pace never slows, and the whole quest has the pick up and play spirit of classic handheld action games from years gone by.

Your ninja can run up walls, bounce between them and strike with quick sword slashes. As you explore, new abilities open routes that were blocked before, so backtracking feels like progress rather than a chore. Hidden passages reward the curious with useful finds, and boss duels cap off each stretch of the castle in style. Deaths are quick and retries are instant, which suits the game perfectly. It is a small adventure, but it is packed tightly with skill, secrets and charm.

A fair warning helps every new buyer here. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible. Go for a physical cartridge from a retailer, which is the honest route and often easy to find. People who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games, so their copies remain playable today.

A small gem that deserves a place in any collection.
