Mighty Flip Champs stars Alta, a young explorer with a magic wand that flips the world like pages of a book. Each stage exists in several flipped versions, and Alta walks on whichever page is showing. Your goal is to reach her fishy friend on the goal page, but a flip that helps on one screen can drop her onto spikes in the next. WayForward built this clever puzzler around one idea and polished it beautifully.

The thinking is spatial and satisfying. You study the stacked page previews, plan which flip puts solid ground under Alta feet and which one lines up ladders and switches. Later worlds add teleports, locked pages and tighter spike work that demand full route planning before the first step. Charming animation and a bouncy soundtrack keep the mood light even when a stage takes twenty tries. It is a small game with a big brain, ideal for puzzle fans.

Flip Champs began on DSiWare and later sold on the 3DS store as a digital title. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible now. With no physical cartridge, the honest way to play is on a system where the game was already bought by its owner. Players who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games and flip through their favorite stages.
