Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games for Nintendo Wii U

About Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games for Nintendo Wii U

Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games brings two famous casts together on snow and ice. Mario, Luigi, Sonic, Tails and many more compete across sixteen events based on the winter games in Sochi, from downhill skiing to ice hockey. The Wii U version adds online play against the world, letting your country climb global rankings with every medal. Bright snowy venues and cheerful rivalries make it a natural party game for cold nights.

Motion controls put your body in the game, leaning into ski turns and swinging through hockey matches, while GamePad play covers events that suit sticks and buttons. Dream Events steal the show, bending real sports into Mario and Sonic style chaos on fantasy courses full of items and surprises. Legends Showdown mode strings events into a boss rush of famous rivals. Medals, costumes for your Mii and worldwide leaderboards give families reasons to return all winter long.
