The Penguins of Madagascar for Nintendo Wii U
About The Penguins of Madagascar for Nintendo Wii U
The Penguins of Madagascar puts Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private on a mission to stop the villain Dave, who plans to corner the market in cheesy snacks as part of a larger penguin plot. Based on the animated film, the game sends the team through places like a secret base and a Shanghai aquarium. The humor follows the show, with the penguins treating every small task like a vital military operation. It is a light adventure aimed at younger fans of the famous feathered commandos.
Each penguin has a part to play. You switch between them to use their talents, solving simple puzzles, sneaking past watchful eyes and collecting snacks along the way. The levels are gentle and the controls simple, keeping frustration low for children. Fans will enjoy the voices and jokes that carry the film charm. It is not a long or deep game, but as a friendly licensed adventure for its audience, it does its job with a smile and plenty of penguin teamwork.
