Lego Batman 2 DC Super Heroes for Nintendo 3DS

About Lego Batman 2 DC Super Heroes for Nintendo 3DS

Lego Batman 2 DC Super Heroes brings Gotham City to life in bricks. Lex Luthor teams up with the Joker, using a strange weapon that pulls apart Lego objects, and their scheme threatens the whole city. Batman and Robin start the fight alone, but soon Superman and other Justice League heroes join the case. This was the first Lego game with full voice acting, and the jokes land well thanks to the strong cast. Gotham itself is an open city you can explore between story missions.

You switch between heroes to use their powers, from Batman and his suits to Superman and his flight and strength. Levels mix fighting, building and light puzzles, with plenty of studs and secrets to collect. The open city hides challenges, vehicles and gold bricks for players who love to explore every street. Two players can join together in local cooperative play, which suits the hero team theme perfectly. Costumes give Batman and Robin new tools, like electricity suits and acrobat gear, keeping the puzzle solving fresh across the whole adventure.

Times have changed for this release. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, which means new digital purchases are no longer possible. The honest way to play it now is a physical cartridge from a retailer, a game shop or a trusted second hand seller. If you bought it digitally in the past, you can still access your purchased games, since earlier purchases remain available.

For the right player, it is still well worth the hunt.
