Japanese Rail Sim 3D Monorail Trip to Okinawa for Nintendo 3DS

About Japanese Rail Sim 3D Monorail Trip to Okinawa for Nintendo 3DS

Japanese Rail Sim 3D Monorail Trip to Okinawa puts you in the drivers seat of the famous Yui Rail, the monorail that glides above Naha in Okinawa. Real footage of the route forms the world outside your window, so the ride passes genuine stations, streets and coastal views exactly as a real driver would see them. The line is short, the sun is bright and the sea is never far away. It is part simulation and part travel film, built for people who find deep calm in a smooth ride along real rails.

Your job is to run the train to schedule, easing off the power to coast, braking gently for each station and stopping with the doors lined up where they belong. Smooth driving earns better scores, while harsh stops and lateness cost you marks, so a gentle touch wins the day. Between runs you can enjoy information about the sights along the route, turning the game into a small guide to Naha as well. The 3D effect lifts the passing scenery nicely. It is a quiet, focused experience with almost no stress beyond the timetable.

Buying it today takes a different route than it once did. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, and new digital purchases are no longer possible at all. Look instead for a physical cartridge at a retailer or a reputable second hand shop. Anyone who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games as before.

A window seat over Okinawa, any time you want it.
