Hero Bank for Nintendo 3DS

About Hero Bank for Nintendo 3DS

Hero Bank is a Japanese role playing game from Sega built around a funny and unusual idea. In its world, children rent powerful hero suits and fight in a sport called Hero Wars, where winners earn serious money. Young Kaito owes a huge debt after a clumsy mistake, so he enters the battles to earn his way out of trouble. The story mixes school life, friendship and greed into a bright adventure about what money does to people.

Battles are the heart of the game. You pick a hero suit, each with its own attacks and style, then fight rivals in arena matches where smart spending matters as much as strength. Winning earns cash that can be used for stronger suits, new moves and paying down that enormous debt. The cast of rival battlers is large and silly, and the suits look like playful takes on famous hero types. It is a cheerful RPG with a truly original theme.

Its place in shops looks different now than it did at launch. The closure of the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS in March 2023 means the digital shop route is gone. Most players today find a physical cartridge at a retailer or from a trusted seller of classic games. Those who bought it digitally in time can still access their purchased games on the system they own. Checking the cartridge label and region first saves trouble later.

It deserves a spot in 3DS history.
