Detective Pikachu for Nintendo 3DS

About Detective Pikachu for Nintendo 3DS

Detective Pikachu pairs a young man named Tim Goodman with the most unusual Pikachu ever seen, a gruff talking detective who loves coffee and cannot use moves. Tim arrives in Ryme City searching for his missing father, and the pair soon take on case after case involving troubled Pokemon across the city. The story is warm, funny and gently mysterious, with a tone that welcomes younger players while giving older fans plenty of charm to enjoy.

Each case plays out like a small adventure story. You explore streets, markets and labs, talk to people and Pokemon, and collect testimony and evidence in your case notes. When the clues line up, you and Pikachu piece the truth together in playful deduction scenes. Quick little action moments add energy without ever becoming stressful. The bond between Tim and his unlikely partner carries the whole game, and their banter is the real treasure here. Ryme City feels alive with Pokemon living beside people.
