Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer for Nintendo 3DS

About Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer for Nintendo 3DS

Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer hands you a clipboard and a career with Nook’s Homes. Instead of running a whole town, your job is pure creativity: villagers visit the office with a dream, and you design the house and garden that makes it real. One client wants a home full of books, another dreams of a cake shop, and every request is a fresh little design puzzle with a happy animal waiting at the end.

Designing is fast and joyful. You pick the plot, shape the outside, then arrange furniture, walls and music inside with simple touch controls, and the catalog of items keeps growing as you work. Happy clients unlock bigger jobs, including town facilities like a school, a hospital and shops, which slowly fill the main street with life. There is no way to fail here, only new ideas to try and villagers to delight. Returning to a finished room later and spotting the happy villager living in it gives the game a quiet reward that never really fades away.

Design careers now start with a cartridge. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible for this title. A physical copy from a retailer is the honest way to play now. Designers who bought it digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games and keep decorating.

Pure decorating joy with the friendliest clients in games.
