The Hidden turns your own home into a haunted hunting ground. You play as a member of a ghost hunting team, using the Nintendo 3DS cameras to scan real rooms for spirits hiding beyond normal sight. Ghosts appear in your hallway, your kitchen or wherever you point the system, and you must track, weaken and capture them before they cause trouble. It was one of the early games to build its whole idea around augmented reality, and the effect still feels playful today.

Missions send you after different kinds of spirits, each needing a steady hand and good aim to capture. You move in real life to follow targets, turning your surroundings into the game world in a way no normal level can match. Captured ghosts fill your records, and tougher spirits later demand better gear and calmer nerves.
