Sousaku Alice to Oujisama! for Nintendo 3DS

About Sousaku Alice to Oujisama! for Nintendo 3DS

Sousaku Alice to Oujisama is a Japanese romance adventure inspired by the world of Alice in Wonderland. You follow a young heroine whose love of stories pulls her into a storybook kingdom, where she meets a kind prince and the curious people of his court. The tale mixes fairy tale wonder with sweet school life style drama, as friendships grow and feelings slowly deepen across many chapters.

As a visual novel, the heart of the game is reading and choosing. At key moments you pick how the heroine answers, and those choices steer the story toward different scenes and different endings. Getting closer to one prince opens his own route, with its own events, worries and tender moments. Pretty illustrated scenes mark the biggest story beats and can be enjoyed again once unlocked. There is no rush and no fail state to fear, just a long and gentle story that you can read a chapter at a time whenever you want a quiet escape.

This Japanese release is harder to find than most. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, which ended new digital purchases for good. A physical cartridge from an import friendly retailer is now the realistic way to own it, so checking the region of the copy matters before buying. Readers who bought it digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games on their own Nintendo 3DS system.

It is a tender storybook romance made for slow and quiet reading time.
