Mario vs Donkey Kong Tipping Stars continues the rescue mission for the marching Mini toys. Donkey Kong has taken the Minis again, and Mario must clear workshop after workshop of spikes, conveyors and locked doors to free them. The name comes from the tipping system, where stars earned in stages could be given to other players for their homemade levels, turning good stage design into a friendly community reward.

Play returns to the classic side view, with red girders, springs and pipes placed by touch to shape each Mini route. Cursed Minis that march the wrong way, capture nets and multi door stages raise the challenge well beyond the gentle opening worlds. The workshop editor is the heart of the package, with parts unlocked by progress and a steady flow of community stages during the game active years. Even solo, the editor tools make experimentation half the fun.
