LEGO Ninjago: Nindroids for Nintendo 3DS

About LEGO Ninjago: Nindroids for Nintendo 3DS

LEGO Ninjago Nindroids is based on the Rebooted season of the Ninjago television series. New Ninjago City is a shining tech capital built after the final battle, but the Overlord has returned in digital form. He creates an army of Nindroids, robot ninja copies, to hunt the real ninja and steal their powers. Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane and Lloyd must protect the city and their friend Sensei Wu. The story mixes martial arts with a high tech city under siege.

Levels follow scenes from the show, mixing hand to hand combat, vehicle chases and light puzzles. Each ninja uses elemental skills and Spinjitzu to clear groups of robot enemies. Zane, himself a robot ninja, gets special attention in the story as the line between hero and machine blurs. Minikits and collectibles hide in each stage for players who like full completion. The action is quick and simple, with short stages that suit handheld sessions, and fans of the Rebooted season will enjoy playing its key battles themselves.
