Fire: Ungh's Quest for Nintendo Wii U

About Fire: Ungh's Quest for Nintendo Wii U

Fire Ungh's Quest is a charming point and click style adventure set in the Stone Age. Ungh is a friendly caveman who falls asleep on fire watch duty, and the tribe's fire burns out while he snores. Banished until he finds a new flame, he wanders a prehistoric world of dinosaurs, mammoths and strange neighbors. The game tells its story almost entirely without words, using expressive animation and sound instead. That makes its jokes and emotions easy for anyone in the world to understand and enjoy.

You guide Ungh by examining scenes, picking up odd objects and solving playful puzzles. Every screen hides small interactions, and experimenting is half the fun, since wrong ideas often produce the funniest animations. The puzzles follow a cartoon logic that rewards curiosity over strict thinking. The hand painted look is lovely, full of warm colors and character. It is a gentle and funny adventure that suits a relaxed evening, and younger players can enjoy the story scenes even when an adult helps with the trickier puzzles.
