Ever Oasis for Nintendo 3DS

About Ever Oasis for Nintendo 3DS

Ever Oasis tells the story of Tethu, a young Seedling who partners with the water spirit Esna to grow the last oasis in a vast desert. A dark force called Chaos is swallowing the land and its people, so your oasis becomes a shelter where travelers rest, trade and find hope. Every new friend makes the oasis bloom a little brighter.

Gameplay blends town building with real time action exploration. You plant shops run by visiting merchants, earn dewadems to expand the oasis, then head into deserts, caves and ruins with a party of three to gather materials and fight Chaos creatures. Switching characters to use their special skills opens new paths, and gentle puzzles break up the battles. It is a warm and hopeful adventure from the creator of classic action role playing games. It is the sort of game that grows on you, revealing more charm and depth the longer you stay with its world.

New players should know how things stand today. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, which means new digital purchases are no longer possible at all. Look instead for a physical cartridge at a retailer, in a game shop or from a trusted seller, and check the label, case and contacts before buying. If you bought it digitally in the past, you are fine, because owners from before the closure can still access their purchased games.

It remains an easy recommendation for anyone building a 3DS collection.
