3D Fantasy Zone: Opa Opa Bros for Nintendo 3DS

About 3D Fantasy Zone: Opa Opa Bros for Nintendo 3DS

3D Fantasy Zone: Opa Opa Bros revives the arcade classic that made shooting games cute. You pilot Opa Opa, a living spaceship with tiny wings and big courage, defending the Fantasy Zone from an invading force that has drained the planets of their resources. Levels scroll freely in both directions, so you are never just flying forward. You hunt enemy bases in any order you like while the whole screen fills with color and motion.

Destroying enemies showers you with coins, and collecting them is half the game. Between waves you visit the shop to spend your haul on stronger cannons, bombs, faster engines and extra protection. Choosing what to buy, and when, shapes every run, because the boss at the end of each world hits hard. This 3D version keeps the arcade soul intact and adds helpful options like save states and difficulty settings for new pilots. A second tiny ship can even join the fun in this version, adding one more friendly helper to the colorful chaos filling the screen at once.

The Fantasy Zone is cartridge country now. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, ending new digital purchases for this release. A physical copy from a retailer is the honest way to join Opa Opa today. Players who bought it digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games and take off whenever they wish.

A joyful classic where every coin counts and every world sings.
